Payment schedule: Deposit of $600 must be paid at time of registration in order to hold your reservation; $400 is non-refundable. Balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of the retreat.
A minimum number of participants is required for this retreat to take place. (Please don’t make your travel plans until we contact you.) If, for any reason, the retreat is cancelled your deposit will be fully refunded or you may choose to roll it over to a future ARRT retreat. If you cancel 60 days prior to the date of the retreat, a full refund (minus the $400 non-refundable deposit) will be issued to you.
Cancellation 59-15 prior, refund is 80% less $400 non refundable deposit
Cancellation 14-10 days prior, refund is 50% less $400 non-refundable deposit.
No refund will be made for withdrawal from the workshop 10 days prior to the retreat.
