COVID 19 Protocol

A Response to the Coronavirus – In-Person Retreats

In Phase 1 of re-entry, we will require all participants, helpers and facilitators to be fully vaccinated and require proof of vaccination when they register for an in-person groups or retreats.

  • At each retreat, we will also practice appropriate hygiene, such as hand-washing, using hand sanitizer, and ventilating the space.

Although our decision is in alignment with the recent CDC recommendations for fully vaccinated people, we encourage all vaccinated participants to be aware of any risks they are taking by participating in our in-person events and make their decisions accordingly. We will continue to evaluate the progression of the pandemic and the science and, when appropriate, we will communicate Phase 2 guidelines for re-entry of non-vaccinated participants to in-person events.

For people who are choosing not to be vaccinated or who are unable to get the vaccine during this first phase, we invite you to participate in our online courses until we update our protocols.

Thank you.  We deeply appreciate the complexity and sensitivity of this decision.  We are, as always, available for your feedback, comments, and questions at pamelaunderwoodstudios@gmail.com

Hygiene Protocols during Groups and Retreats

  • After settling in, please immediately wash your hands and wrists for at least 20 seconds using soap and water and regularly thereafter.
  • We will encourage participants not to touch above the shoulders or on the face, and we will not share towels.
  •  Alcohol-based hand sanitizer and or a bleach solution will also be available.
  • Wash your hands before interacting with the food or beverage areas.
  • If you do cough or sneeze, do it into the crook of your elbow or a facial tissue, not your hands. Throw away the facial tissue immediately and wash your hands again.
